Policies

Children 0-4 free, 5-11 pay $10 net per night (taxes included) each if extra bed is not required. Maximun 2 children per room.

Payments

Should be made at least 30 days before client’s date of arrival, by depositing into the following accounts of the Banco de Costa Rica under the name of ARENAL PARAISO RESORT S.A. account # 001-264137-2 (colones local currency) or account #
001-264138-0 (US dollars) Once that you have paid at the bank, you most send us the voucher by fax. If it is not received in due time, we will take for granted that your reservation has been canceled.


If you want to pay at the hotel, you have to ask for a credit card authorization form, and send back the completed form. In this way, it will work as a reservation guarantee for both parties. We also work with U.S dollars, travel checks, credit cards: Master Cards, American Express, Credomatic and Visa.

Cancellations

Must be made by fax or e-mail and are valid only with our written reply. There are charges according to the number of days before client’s date of arrival. During High Season (December to April) for less than 30 days and during the Low Season (May to November) for less than 21 days.

No shows will be charged in full according to the number of nights requested. There is no refund for unused portions of the original requested stay.

Important

During Eastern (April 5th – 12th) and Christmas (Dec. 20th- Jan 2nd) there is a minimum stay of two nights.

Christmas Party is mandatory for all passengers staying during Dec. 24th, dinner net rate is $50 per person. Children 0-4 are free, children 5-12 have a 50% discount.

New Year´s Party is mandatory for all passengers staying during Dec.31st, dinner net rate is $100 per person. Children 0-4 are free, children 5-12 have a 50% discount.
